A: No, I'm sorry, the designs on the
CD are already deeply discounted. Gift Certificates and discount
codes cannot be applied to CD orders.

How do I let you know which format I need?
A: The CDs are already written and
include the following formats: JEF, PES, ART, HUS, EXP, DST, VIP and
XXX.

Can you email these designs to me?
A: No, I'm sorry. I can't. The
large size of all the files together is too large to email. The
CDs are already written and will be mailed promptly.
Q:
How long does it take to receive the CD?
A: CDs are sent via USPS First Class
Mail, which takes 2-10 days. Please allow up to 2 business days
for us to process and ship your order.
